What do you you do if you have an overactive bladder?

Cut out the sweet beverages like Coke or apple juice and avoid diuretics like tea, coffee, and alcoholic beverages which shut down the normal functioning of your kidneys so that they stop recycling fluids but send them directly to the bladder. Salt helps retain fluids but its not good if you have high blood pressure.

go to the doctors. it could be a urinary infection...or it could be that you drink too much water! ;)

plug a bike pump to ur bladder and pump it full of air so that you can hold more urin.

if u have an overractive bladder than eat lots of fruits such as cranberries or cranberry juice because it s best for the bladderand cleans it out.. i hope this helps :)

Try haveing Honey from time to time,.. straight.

Honey is supposed to thicken fluids in your body so you have less accidents. It helps you have better control and less urges. Nanny use it on kids that wet the bed.

I think Adults are supposed to have a Tablespoon at night, I am not sure about during the day though.

See a uroligist , there are a number of wonderful products out there like detrol la, uroxitrol, vesicare, etc...but your uroligist is better prepared to suggest than i am, also he or she will need to write a prescription for you trust me, been there done that.
