Whats up with my bladder? |
I have seen a urologist and he put me on Detrole LA he says he thinks is either mixed inconsitance or Overactive bladder. I am only 21 female but I have felt this way scince the birth of my daughter 3 years ago. She was 9 pounds and I had her naturally. I go to the bathroom all the time like the urge to pee never went away after I had my daughter. Feel as if there is a brick on my bladder/pelvis constantly. The urge wakes me up in the middle of the night enarly 5 times I am pretty much on a schedule. Takes me around 6 trips before I can go to sleep each night. My hubby and I want to TTC but I honestly dont know if I could handle a baby on my bladder I am afraid of the outcome. No its not a uti or anything like that I have been tested countless times for those. my dr checked my uterus and said its in the right spot. Drink a lot of water during the daytime, but 4 hours before going to bed don't drink anything at all. If this does not work maybe your doctor could increase the dosage of your regimen........ Have they looked at your uterus? It could be prolapsed. It sounds like it could be interstitial cystitis?? Are you sure you don't have a "urinary track infection?" I've had several & had the same symptoms as you. Also, perhaps your bladder is tipped, as this happens during pregnancy quite often. My d-in-law is having some bladder problems, & has to have hers sutured upwards in the near future. Sometimes, having the bladder stretched will help in your case. I hope you get some relief soon. You might have to go and a get an x-ray of your uterus. It kind of sounds like you have a prolapsed uterus, since your baby weighted 9 lbs and you had the baby naturally. |
