Bladder issues haha??? ANXIETY?

so im wondering if i have an overactive bladder i go pee between like all my classes. i also think i might just be tramatized b/c this one teacher along time ago wouldnt let me go pee and i literally thought i was gonna pee my pants. so ever since then even if i dont have to go i just go.... so ummm wait a second do i have anxiety problems? haha wow so if someone has an overactive bladder or if you have anxiety could you tell me symptoms or stuff like that!!! thanks.

Myself, no, but my friend used to go to the bathroom before almost every class throughout high school. That's just the way she was. 'Better safe than sorry' was her motto.

For you, I don't think it's as much anxiety as habit now (that's how it was with my friend). Way back, the anxiety might have been true. You may have feared peeing your pants in class if you were not allowed to go, so you went to the bathroom between every class so that wouldn't happen. Now it's become "routine" for you. There's nothing wrong with peeing often. It greatly lessens the likelihood of you ever getting a bladder infection (or peeing your pants, which isn't a bad thing, either).
