I've stopped my fluid intake due to frequent urination, for a couple of days&I've lost many inches&pounds. Why?

I'm 32&have suffered from chronic UTI's&overactive bladder since the age 0f 15.Once I'm off antibiotics it comes right back. One day I just tired of my daily 10 trips to the bathroom,I decided to stop my fuid intake altogether 3 days ago.Remarkably after just 1 day,I actually was able to see my waistline again&fit into all my old pants&was finally able to sleep face down with no irritability on my bladder. Now on my 3rd day,I've already lost so many inches拢s.What I haven't been able to do in such a long time.I'm a lot tired,of course&weeker&continue small fluid intake in my foods. Why am I experiencing the opposite effect of what everyone has always been advising me?Drink plenty of water and your UTI will be flushed away and you'll lose a lot of weight.I think with me more fluid in my body made me more prone to urinary storage causing infections and I was retaining all the fluid in my body.Has anyone experienced this?

You have lost water weight, not fat. Keep it up you will probably lose muscle too. You are dehydrating yourself. Keep it up even longer and your organs will begin to shut down. Good times! Fact is you have to BURN 3500 calories to lose just 1 pound of fat.

You risk being severely dehydrated, and this causes many serious side effects.you are losing your body fluids and before too long your kidneys will shut down.you can actually die after 3 days without water!

I think what has happened is that you've lost any water you've been retaining in your body, which is why you're "losing inches." But, it is very very unhealthy to not drink any fluids - a human can actually live longer without food than without water. Right now you are dehydrating yourself, NOT good. It sounds to me like you need to go see a doctor, if you were bloated before you quit drinking liquids, you may have a serious kidney problem. Also, you won't retain as much if you drink plain water instead of sodas and juices - but DON'T stop drinking fluids altogether!

once you dehydrate, you loose water weight and you will get water retention and you will concentrate the toxins in your body. You can slow your metabolism too. Maybe drink less caffinated drinks for the whole fluid weight issue and for the infection issue, as strange as it sounds, switch your toilet paper brand. I did that and it solved my infection issue. I have been 4 yrs without an infection and the last one was pregnancy induced. Some toilet papers have too much lint or phosphates and stuff that can be irritating and think of how many times a day your lady parts are exposed to toilet paper.
