Is it legal to buy presecription medicines over the counter?

I can get Phentermine over the counter. I dont have insurance. It is one of the best diet drugs on the market. All my friends are raving about it, and I just found them selling it online without a prescription. Is it OK if I do this?

Phentermine is a controlled drug, so yes, it is ILLEGAL. Especially for strong, controlled and potentially dangerous meds like Phentermine!
