Try to play some games.

Talk with a professional . . . preferably a psychologist or psychiatrist. I doubt there is anything over-the-counter that is approved by the FDA for depression, but they may be able to suggest something. Considering therapy would be a good idea. It would help you get the the root of your problem instead of just treating the symptoms.
