What kind of over the counter appetite suppressants have worked for you?

I can't afford the medicine from a doctor. What kinds of over the counter medicines have worked for you? The ones that really curb your appetite.

ive used the xantrex 3 before and it wored great! i lost 40 lbs in a little under 2 months and now im back down where i want to be!

I drink ICE COLD water when I feel like Im hungry and that usually works for me. Sometimes If I HAVE to wait to eat, because Im driving or on my way somewhere, I'll eat a few white tic tacs. Mint is a natural stomach settler and they curb my appetite.

I have tried several hundred dollars worth of the supposed best supplements out there to curb your appetite or aide in weight loss and NOTHING worked, it was all a waste of money.

My DR told me to eat fewer calories, and drink plenty of water.
I lost 22 lbs in 2 months and I've been keeping it off ever since. Im at 110 which is where I was at in HIGH SCHOOL and I feel great.

I have used the xantrex 3 as well and it good for me too, i also have used something called HOT ROX which made me jittery and i could taste it in my mouth for hours after i took it. the HOT ROX gave me tremendouse amount of energy and seemed to work better than the xantrex. what ever you take make sure you eat right before you take it as most diet /energy pills will make you jittery. both that i have mentioned can be purchased at wal-mart for around 20$ i must mention that i didnt take these to loose weight but to gain energy to work out.
