Ovarian cysts??? |
i started my period a few days ago and since then it's been sore over my ovaries. i usually expect a little discomfort but on occasion it's a short stabbing pain sometimes it's only a few seconds sometimes it's a little longer. when i apply pressure the pain goes away. my mom doesn't seem to be worried but i am, i have a high pain threshold so i can handle it but i've never had pain like that before. it's an odd kind of pain really. i don't know if i should be worried or if i'm just stressing about nothing? If you are honestly stressed then get it checked out. There few things more precious to a woman then being able to have children so it isn't something to play around with. For my honest opinion though, I think it's just normal pains. Every period you have the flow is going to be different and also the pains. I have known many women with cysts and it's not a pain you would call a "discomfort." I have seen then on the floor screaming in pain, I don't mean to scare you, just letting you know that I think you would be able to tell if it was something very serious. Either way, if you feel something isn't right get checked, the earlier things are found the better chances you have with getting it treated. |
