Ovarian Cysts Removed?

Hi Everyone. I am having my ovarian cysts removed this week, and my PCOS has caused me to have hairloss. Will getting my ovarian cysts removed cause my hair to grow back?

I have had about six ovarian cysts removed and one explode but it has never affected my hair in any way. Good luck.
