What are some of the sure-fire differences in symptoms between an ovarian cyst and ovarian cancer? Could you people stop suggesting me to go to the doctor. That is obvious. Im asking if you know any distinct differences in symptoms between cysts and cancer. My goodness... From the mayo clinic for symptoms for ovaian cancer: Yes, the pain with a cyst can come and go. You need to see your doctor immediately. If it is a cyst, it can be easily treated. God forbid if it is cancer, don't let it spread. An ovarian cyst can last for years and become as large as a grapefruit. The ONLY way to find out what it is is to get it tested by medical professionals. You probably need a biopsy. I had an ovarian cyst about 6 months ago that was about 2cm and the next week it grew to 8.5cm and i had to have a hysterectomy. So if you think that you have either of these things going on please go to your doctor. It's nothing to play around with. A cyst is basically a blood blister (absolute lamen's terms), but you NEED to have a doctor check you out for either one. |
