Ovarian cancer? please help me.?

i don't know if this is an yeast infection or signs of cancer. i am only 19 years old, have never had sex, am only 95lbs, not on birth control, ovarian cancer does not run in my family, but i am freaking out because i have vaginal pain and it burns when i use the restroom, also i have diarrhea, but i am eating normally, however i show no signs of abdominal bloating or weight gain. i should mention that i did start my period two weeks early on the ninth which has never happened to me before until then (many said that it was stress related though). i am having panic attacks about something i don't even know for sure on, but could someone please help me out and let me know what this could be? thank you!

(and yes im going to see my aunt later because she is a nurse, but i would still appreciate your help very much)

also i should mention two years ago i did have a cyst on my right ovary that burst, but no damage was done and as far as i know that is the only time i have had a cyst.

i think its sounds like a UTI or bladder/kidney infection..and the diarreah is from the stress and panic attacks, i have been having panic attacks for about 7 months now, diarreah is one of the symptoms! your okay its not cancer just go to the doc and get it fixed

i think you have a urinary tract infection.
there are a few other things they can check/test you for.

but i don't think the symptoms sound like ovarian cancer.
then again, i am not an ob/gyn.

sounds more like a kidney/urinary tract infection or bladder infection. good luck and best wishes.

go get some antibiotics from your doctor. never seen a patient that has burning sensations and ovarian cancer. the two don't go together. bladder/ureteral/uti infections do. drink lots of water. if it has a lot of inching it could be a yeast infection. it takes a simple pee test and you're good to go. and then ask him about the panic atakcs. they have pills for that too and he can refer you for some counseling. you'd be surprised how many people are wandering around wal mart every day on some kind of pill for anxiety/depression.

Hey don't panic! It sure doesn't sound like ovarian or whatever cancer. Having a cyst is nothing big really. Just calm down n relax.. like others have said it might be a urinary track infection or yeast infection or something similar. I am sure when you get yourself checked.. it'll turn out nothing big and I really hope you get better soon.
Just relax n good luck with doc's appt. Take care.

Hey... sounds like your suffering from urinary infection. Every time you urinate is very painful and a little itchy down there. You need to go to your doctor to start antibiotic immediately. after 4-5 days in antibiotics then the pain will take the pain gradually (i mean lesser).
