Is it posible to treat otitis media or glue ear to adult ?

Is it posible to treat otitis media or glue ear to adult ? and how
he got when he"s still and he is 20 years old.

otitis media is an infection. you have to see an ENT doctor for that. he will give you the proper antibiotics to drop in your ear

If the diagnosis is wright.( if he got it for long period..((years)) it will become Adhesive otitis media and very difficult to treat.
If it is still otitis media or glue ear, the treatment is either:
drugs.. as upper respiratory tract decongestants as Actifed( commercial name) or similar, vitamin C, for few weeks, if no improvement. Then Surgery. They make small hole in the ear drum to remove the fluid and let air in the middle ear. Sometimes they but a very small tube to prevent the rapid healing of the hole, thus allowing more time of aeration.
Do not get confused, even Surgery is simple and has a high rate of success, with very few possible side effects.
