I have otitis media with facial palsy! Has anyone ever recovered from this? How long does this take to heal?

Are you talking about Bells palsy?
I had that, and it took a year to get almost 100% better.
I think it's different for everyone though.

The left side of my face was weak, I couldn't eat or drink without making a mess, it was really embarassing.

I hope it never comes back :(

I had bels palsy. One half of my face was parylised for 6 weeks it eased off slowly. But it was approx. 6 weeks. The doctor said could be anything from 2 weeks to over a year.

A friend of mine had this, he was 25 at the time, recovered in 6 weeks
