there are 3 main pathogens (cause >90% of all AOM):
Streptococcus pneumoniae (G+ve)
Hemophilus infulenzae (G-ve)
Morexella Catterhalis (G+ve)

others may cause AOM are (S.pyogenes, S.aures and sone gram negative bacteria)

Streptococcus pneumoniae (gram + cocci) - 25-50% cause; Haemophilus Influenza ( gram - bacilli)- 15 - 30%; Moraxella catarrhalis ( gram - cocci);
