Is there a holistic cure fore otitis media?

I have tried ear oils with garlic and muelin in them and they help a little bit, but is there anything else?

Ear candles work really well. You can get them at any health store.

Mediterranean Oil of Oregano.
4 drops under tongue, followed by a glass of water, 3-4 times a day.

It's considered a "natural" antibiotic.
