Brown discharge...? |
I currently just went to the doctor because i thought i had the flu and an ear infection, the dr told me i have nasal congestion and gave me nasal spray and a decongestant... a few days later my ear was hurting uncontrollably and i wanted to go to the ER. before i went i went to the bathroom and when i wiped it had brown on the toliet paper... it wasnt a lot and it didnt have a smell... well i went to the ER and i forgot to ask the DR about the brown spotting... so when i got home from getting my medicine (turns out i have otitis media) i used the bathroom and i wipe and see the brown again... its not dark or anything... i go to sleep and wake up this morning and use the bathroom and i get the same thing... could it be from the medicine im taking? im going to be getting my period in about a week or 2... brown discharge is normally considered 'old blood'. it could be remains from your previous period coming through. you said you are due for it so it may be that as your cervix is opening slightly, it is removing the old blood from itself. it really sounds like the beginning for a period to me. Maybe the meds made you come on early Go see your OB/GYN and get a exam, you could have a female problem and need to get it taken care of. Any discharge from there is a sign and needs to be checked out. Go to Doctor for checkup |
