I need help with a biology project figuring out what disease the baby has, please help.?

The newborn has a short stature, a webbed neck, low set ears and a shortened fourth finger. She is suffering from hypothyroidism and otitis media. Karyotype analysis has shown she has an irregular chromosome number. What condition does this newborn girl have?
