If a man has an ostomy bag, will that get in the way when he has sex? No It shouldn't do. Colostomy, ileostomy etc are usually high enough up the abdomen not to cause a problem. However a Urostomy is lower in the pelvic region and may be a problem. i think he would remove it do they have the little thing that closes in (sorry for want of better explaining) like on a blow up air bed that seals it as long as you like receiving golden showers youll be fine so dont worry and get on with it Absolutely not. Shouldnt be any problem at all. |

Medications are not given through an ostomy. However, they can be given through a J-tube or NG tube. Most Ostomies are there for the purpose of removing feces while bypassing the anus. EmilyR...
