Problems after hysterectomy?

I am 30 years old and recently had a hysterectomy due to having colon cancer. I had a colon recession, hysterectomy, and ostomy all in one surgery in September. Since then, intercourse is painful, and the next day it is uncomfortable to urinate. Is this something normal that will just take time to go away, or is it something I should be a little concerned with? Thanks in advance!

I had a hysterectomy about 5 years ago and i still have pain after intercourse, as far as the discomfort to urinate the next day, that will just take some time.

I think you should call the doctor to be sure on this one. I know when my mom had a hysterectomy they said that she would feel like some of her organs were sliding out of her body(ex. bladder) even if they weren't. It may also depend how long ago you had the surgery. Definitely call your doctor to know for sure.
