NANDA for a colostomy?

what are the top 4- 6 nursing diagnosis in a young person with a nnew temp. ostomy. with the Pathophysiology and etiology

I having a little trouble with care plan. I did great on 1st one, bad on 2nd, so I want to make sure that I'm going down that right path on this one. I tried to ask for advise from the instructor, but she just not the type that likes to hand out advise.
Any help would be a great help.
