Whats wrong with me!?

Im a female teenager.
I've been having some bone pains recently and am quite worried.
Here are my symptoms:

* The pain started out very mild and not very often and in only one place.

* I now get the pain several times today in a few different places

* I get bone pain in my femur/knees/ shin bone

* I get these pains in my left femur/buttox/ knee (same place everyday.
Right femur and shin bone (same place everyday)

* It feels like a throbbing in my bone

* The pain is always worse at night

* The pain comes on suddenly (right now it is throbbing in my left knee bone)

* I get tired easily

* i was 61 kg and now I am 59 without doing anything

* This pain has been going on for a month or so and its starting to really hurt and its becoming more frequent.

Im worried about osteosarcoma/ arthritis/ myeloma / bone diseases.
I know I have to see a doctor, which hopefully my mum will book me into soon.does anyone know what this could be? Should i be worried?
!!

I am by no means a doctor, but the fact that you are a teenager leads me to believe that what you are experiencing is nothing more than growing pains. Growing pains most often (as I have both experienced and read) occur in the leg or thigh region and do indeed feel like a throbbing pain that comes out of no where.

The other symptoms, the fatigue and weight fluctuation are also very common to growing teens and can't really be avoided, but just dealt with. However, when I experienced the pains, I would do one of the following:

1. Take a warm/hot bath - this relieves the muscles.

2. Message/stretch your legs - this does the same

3. Take over the counter pain reliever.

I would just about guarantee that growing pains are what you're going through, but if you think it's more than this than by all means, see a doctor and whatever it is good luck with it.

Get yourself in to see a doc soon. Something is obviously going on in there and the fact you have lost weight too is another concern. They will most likely send you off for scans which will bring to light if there is anything serious going on. Get checked A.S.A.P. Good Luck!
