Bone cancer? |
A few months ago I noticed I had a minor throbbing in my thigh bone. I didnt think much of it at the time. Now I am getting that throbbing pain everyday and its much worse. I can feel it throbbing around my hip bone area and thigh bone and sometimes back. The pain isnt constant but it does come on suddenly. One of the most common types of cancer for a teenager is bone cancer (sarcoma) or soft tissue sarcoma (muscles, joints, tendons, fat, or cartilage). There is no way that anyone here though can tell you what this is . . so you will need to see a doctor for a clinical examination. Cancer in teens is generally rare . . but you can not discount it . . there are about ten common types of cancer in teens and young adults . . and sarcoma that affects the bone or soft tissue is one. I would get this checked out because you are so young, it could be anything. If you can catch it now you will have better luck controlling it. |
