Are you sure osteoporosis can be reversed? |
Well actually as of right now I have osteopenia, very close to osteoporosis. I was diagnosed about a month ago & since then I have been taking at least 1500 mg of calcium a day to try & rebuild the lost bone mass. First of all; I do not understand WHY you are not on a presciption drug for bone loss? This can be reversed to a certain degree. |
