Knee Osteoarthritis? |
With the grinding and aching, I'm pretty sure I have knee osteoarthritis. Is it safe for me to train for walking races with this knee? Even while doing aerobics at home, I can feel and hear the grinding and it scares me. get yourself to an orthopaedic surgeon. they will have it xrayed and let you see the problem. then will discuss with you any options. Knee pain is nothing to fool around with. You need to see an Orthopedic surgeon and have it x-ray-ed. Then you can discuss with him or her the things that you should and should not be doing. Have been there, now at 43 had an artificial knee. |
