OSTEOARTHRITIS in knee very painful help?

FIRST OFF I HAVE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE WHICH IS OVER THE TOP AT 161/121 WHICH AM HAVING TROUBLE BRINGING DOWN TO NORMAL GO TO DOC EVERY 2ND WEEK.
SOMETIMES 1 WK VERY DREPRESSING I NEED HELP AND WITH OSTEOARTHRITIS IN THE KNEE I CAN HARDLY WALK HAVE BEEN FOR A MR SCAN AND ALSO HAVE A BRACE BUT STILL MY LEG SWELL AT THE KNEES AND AT THE ANKLES THE ONLY TIME I GET RELIEF IS PUTTING THEM UP HELP """

Start taking Calcium, use Ice-Pad, soak you knee with Epson sault, rest your knee, Ice-Gel, Balm, or go for Theropy. You may have to go for Knee replacement if gets bad. Take some pain killers, tylonol 3, or any thing Dr. priscrbed your pain. I have osteo-Arthrities and i went through very bad. I had it whole my body. Now, I'm very better accept, my both wrist couldn't cure. You got to some how with all the pains do regular exercise, walk, move, theropy, medecation, controll Blood pressure,Coffe,sugar, Ciggarattes, Acids, avoid. Osteoarthritis one of the painful symtems. You got to keep look the best Dr. untill you find right medecation. I went to so many Drs, and i never gave up.Take lots of Calcium, drink lots of milk. You're still not late. don't wear high heel shoes and wear flat shoes.Do not eat Red-meat. Try to avoid any kind of meat untill you get better. If you're gain weight try to reduce weight. I suggest you should go to the Emergency treatement in care before it's too late. If you're working you should get time off and take care of your health right away.

Try taking CINNAMON ... you can actually buy it in 'gel capsules' or you can buy pills that are smaller and made from 'cinnamon oil' at many 'health stores' ... and you MUST get your high blood pressure down, and you might ask your doctor to put you on 'hydrochlorthiazide' (a diuretic) that can help you with the 'swelling' problem and 'lower your blood pressure. I know this may sound crazy but it works and there are no side effects....Dissolve a bottle of aspirins(any kind except for baby aspirins), a 24 count is fine, into a bottle of green alcohol, once dissolved, rub onto the joint or joints that are bothering you, it feels cool when you first put it on then it warms up nicely relieving the pain.....I didn't believe it at first, but it really works, and the bottle will last you for awhile, just shake before each use.The best part is that you can use it as often as you like.
