How can osteoarthritis & calcinitis in the knees be reversed? |
How can osteoarthritis & calcinitis in the knees be reversed? osteoarthritis can be reversed if we do specific exercises prescribed by the physio therapist daily. and if they fail total joint replacement of the knee is required. some people take pain killers like bruffen, diclofenac but in long run they cause liver damage.i think you are referring to calcinosis which means deposit of excess calcium. in early stage, dietary restrictions like less intake of phosphate and calcium and some medicines like warfarin etc may be useful . if they could not cure surgical treat ment is advised. any how it is always better to consult a good physician.arthoscopy is nowadays widely done to cure osteoarthritis. I talked to a doctor about the chances of me having arthritis. The doctor told me the thing about arthritis is "it only progresses". Arthritis cannot be reversed, it is a progressive thing, as for calcinitis, I don't know what you mean, how can you have inflammation of calcium?? It can't be reversed but it can be stopped....I myself just had knee surgery in both of my knees because I had plica syndrome that was causing osteoarthritis....so they removed my plica and it stopped it. Osteoarthritis and calcinitis are advanced diseases of the bone. You'll need help from a doctor who specializes in bone medicine such as Osteopath. If you wish to complement your healing with alternative medicine, take the recommended daily requirements for calcium complex for your age group, and drink purified water with vitamins daily, preferably 8 glass per day. Ask you doctor for recommended weight lifting exercises you can do daily to build bone mass as well. |
