I have osteoarthritis. I am doing aerobics but without the jumps. Is this going to make it worse?

Only you can know this.
Is your condition more painful after exercise? If yes, then stop doing it!
Yoga might suit you better. It keeps joints supple, without the impact of aerobics.
Swimming is also a good one, again no strain on the joints.

Check with your doctor. There may be some way to lessen the potential damage.

I have too, exercise is good for it, jumps too
