I thinking about getting braces extracted orthodontia?

They told me I will need two teeth extracted. It looks like I might have to have a other on extracted in the back. After I'm done with orthodontia treatment will my teeth all fit into place?

It is common practice to have several teeth extracted prior to having orthodontic treatment. This is to make room so the teeth can be moved into their correct position. You may also have an appliance placed, a palatal expander which works to widen the arch adding additional space so the teeth can be shifted into their corrected alignment. Discuss any questions or concerns with your orthodontist, he will be more than happy to review your treatment plan in greater detail and provide x rays, models of teeth and the different appliances, which will make it so much easier for you to understand the "what's and whys." Good luck with your treatment, you will be amazed at the difference when your finished.

you're getting your teeth extracted because you don't have enough room to properly aligned your teeth.

After the treatment, the braces will shift your teeth in a symmetrical alignment .

It is very common for orthodontists to extract teeth for braces. Usually, the reason they need to do it is to make room for the teeth (e.g., with crowding or a lot of overjet). If you continue to be concerned, you should ask the orthodontist to show you a case or two of someone with a similar situation to you whom they have treated. Orthodontists usually keep these records and don't mind showing them for demonstration purposes. Best wishes.

get a second opinion- you can always take them out later, but you cant put them back in if they take out too many! Removing teeth changes the whole shape of your mouth.
