Organ donation???

should money be given to u if u donate/give away ur organs(kidney, lungs ect.)...why or why not??

I know that some people get paid for a kidney or part of their liver in poor countries=but I still think -what will happen to them when they get sick=no-one will be there to help them out
I can see a family member donating say a kidney or lung to a loved one=but only if the donor is healthy to begin with
with the foreign countries ,how do we know if they are well and selling our body parts for money ,doesn,t click in with me

Its illegal to sell your organs in Canada and U.S.A but I'm sure some other countries sell them on the black market.
