What do u think about organ donation?? |
u can tell almost anything about organ donation... opt-out donation, opt-in donation... about views by religion.... anything... Well, I work in the medical field and see the benefits of organ donation almost every day. At the Children's hospital you see these really sick kids, almost about to die, then they get a matched donor, and they're given a second chance. An adult or adolescent liver can save two children's lives. It's amazing, really. I think it is all personal choice, it's the last decision you get to make. If you don't decide beforehand and let someone know, your family will have to make that decision for you. I'm a registered donor, as well as my husband. I only hope I can help save a life after I lose mine. |
