Should we privatize organ donation?

Think about it. None of us will need organs when we're dead! And selling all your organs could provide much needed money to family who might have to cover your final expenses.

Best of all, the price of organs would lower significantly once the supply increases.

True, true. doesn't cost anything, but there's not enough of 'em to go around. and most people are against mandatory donation...

on the contrary, privatizing organs would make the price sky rocket. Organs do not cause recipients anything right now, it is just the cost of the actual surgery that is paid now. You privatize organs now and only the very rich will be able to get them.
