Organ Donation-tattoo's?

Some women at work told me anyone with a tattoo can not donate organs. Has anyone ever heard of this? They sad it's true for living and non living donors?? Just wondering.

Nope thats not true i registered as an organ donor online and there were no questions bout if u had tats or not

That is FALSE!!! My roommate is an organ donor and she has 2 tattoos. I won't do it but I know plenty of people that are donors and have tats!!
