I'm doing a research paper for my english class on organ donation, what are the cons of being an organ donor?

The cons would be one of two things right off the top of my head...
one being that most organ donors are only going to donate if they die...the second con to organ donation is that if the donor is alive, they have to go through a potentially life threatening procedure just to have a healthy organ surgically removed from their healthy body-OUCH
I can barely tolerate just thinking about the pain involved!

con- they cut you up and ship you to different place
pro- you get to travel
con- you wont be alive
pro- you'll save the life of amny people
you like that? hehehe

I am an organ donor. I don't really see a con. If I'm dead, why not let someone else use whatever they can use?
