Oral cancer??

I have two ulcers one on the inside tip of my lip which is small and another larger one on the inside of the bottom lip, and is quite painful unless I put Bonjela or Anbesol on it.

Can oral cancers start off as ulcers? It really doesn't look like it's healing at all.. infact I swear the bottom ulcer got a little bigger.. Should I see a doctor? I don't want to seem like I am making a big fuss...

Maybe I should see one..after looking at the pictures of Oral cancer it's scared me..

It may be just an ulcer but see a doctor to put your mind at ease

I don't believe it is cancer, just some troublesome ulcer.

There is some fantastic gel you can buy and put on ulcers. I had a few that wouldn't go away, and in days of using it they were healed. Basically the gel provides an antibacterial layer and facilitates healing. Try your chemist. I can't remember the name.

If the gel does not work, then its probably best to see a doctor.
