Do i have oral cancer ?

Hello im 19 and pregnant almost due and I have some odd painless 2 lumps that dont hurt the coulor of them is the same color as my gums and they are on my lower gum in the front near my cheek i showed my dentist and he didnt seem worried but he said he will find out more when he can do xera please is this oral cancer i do notice my gums bleed when i brush them

Ok you need ot relax, oral cancer is a far cry. If you are pregnant the chances are it is a pregnancy granuloma, painless and is in a lump form and on your gums. An xray wont reveal too much since it is only a soft tissue, but a biopsy may be good, but if you are in your third trimester it may not be a good idea to undergo any form of surgery as this trauma could induce labour and also not to get radiation while pregnant. There is a very high chance it is a pregnancy granuloma and it presents in patients who are pregnant and could be due to an imbalcance in hormones which occur when you get pregnant. Your gums may also be a bit inflamed in other areas this is also due to the pregnancy. You can try and go see an oral pathologist who can see you clinically if there is one around if you want to put your mid at rest. these lesions regress after surgery and with proper oral hygiene.
