Lumps on back of tongue .. oral cancer? |
a few days ago i noticed very large lumps .. maybe two or three .. at the very back of my tongue .. where it starts going down my throat. there big and stick out a bit, and there really smooth. they dont hurt and i dont even notice them there unless i touch them or look in the mirror at them. im terrified this could mean oral cancer? i have a doctors appt. made for tuesday but until then i was wondering if anyone could tell me what these might bee ? thankss =] Better avoid some kinds of sugars, spicy if they speed up the growth of lump. They are taste buds, huge ones from Neanderthal genes very close up in your genetic profile. Nooooo, you are fine. That's perfectly normal. I have em too! If they're the bumps I'm thinking of, everyone has those lumps at the back of their throat. I never noticed mine either until I got a really bad sore throat and ended up with strep (had nothing to do with the bumps). |
