Is is fact or fiction that people who chew the insides of their mouths raw will get oral cancer?

Is it a symptom of obssessive compulsive disorder? I think there is a reasonable association, but does anyone have any insider, or professional, information? Cancer, no cancer, what's the deal?

No cancer. Cancer is a result of DNA mutation and cell proliferation, why would mechanical action produce this?

you can't get cancer from any kind of wound. what it will do is cause scarring and put you at risk for all kinds of infections. and yes, it can be a compulsion.
