D: Is it Oral Cancer?

Firstly, Im a female aged 16.
I have a little bump almost like an uclear on my left Salivary gland (Under tongue). You can't see it, I can just feel it and it hurt a bit. I just noticed it today, and Im really worried as I've been doing some research about it. Thanks in advance for any help given.

Go to the doctor and get a proper diagnosis. Don't think the worst just yet.

Please have it checked out so you can put your mind at rest.

there are a lot of possibilities other than cancer. but if the bump you have is more than 2 weeks, you have to go to the doctor. i would love to take your health history.
