Can children and teenagers get oral cancer?

Tomorrow, I'll be six weeks pregnant with twins.

Yes, any age group can get cancer. However there are certain cancers that are more common or considered 'childhood cancers' for this age group. An oral cancer would be unusual but possible and usually associated with malignacies such as rhabdomyosarcomas or acute leukaemia.
