I am worried that i might have oral cancer. Under my tounge is a bubble but it is painless. I am very worried!

Sounds like a mucocele, a harmless annoying condition caused when one of the tiny tubes that lead from a minor salivary gland to the surface of the mouth gets disrupted.
The saliva, forms under the skin, under your tongue. If it does not leave in a couple of days, see your doctor. Usually it goes away on it's own.

Go to the doctor as soon as possible. It is likely to be something else besides cancer...the sooner you know the sooner you can stop worrying. You'll be OK.

I think Anne2 has the right answer. I have been having the same thing happen every now and then and I, like you, get worried every time, but before I get it checked out it goes away. This sounds like the right answer to me. Makes me feel a lot better.
