Why didn't opiates show up in my u.a.??

I'm a chronic pain patient a tumor in my spinal canal...my dr does periodic u.a.'s to cover his butt. This time no opiates showed up, now he thinks I'm selling them. Why didn't any opiates show up???

Labs make mistakes. Have a retest somewhere else.

I'm sure that someone at the test lab did not do the tests intentionally or accidentally
