How Long Do Opiates (Tylenol 3) Stay in your System?

If I drink a ton of water and go to the bathroom a ton, will it get out faster?

its about 72 hours ..drink alot it will help

tylenol #3 contains acetaminophen and codeine. Codeine will cause a positive in opiates. If you ingested it one time, and your metabolism is relatively normal you should definately be clean within 7 days, if not earlier.

3 or 4 days. they get in your blood. drinking water wont help. And a hair strand test can show opiates present up to 6 months previously. So the answer is not to use them really!

If one eats one "poppy seed bun", one will test positive for "opium", for a week.

Tylenol is a legal medication.

6-8 hours
