Anyone else addicted to opiates and how do you deal with it?

i been shootin dope for 3 years and want to stop, what can i do to ease the pain?

A friend of mine went through the same thing. It's gonna be hard and you got to really want to quit to do it. He went to a methadone rehab center.They gave him the drug "methadone" and it stops the cravings and you don't go through the bad with drawls. He was inpatient for about 60 days but,it worked!
Also he had to realize he couldn't go back around those people that are still on it and if he did they were told in advance not to even talk about it(drugs) in front of him much less do it around him. He has been off drugs for2 years now! THANK GOD
It doesn't get any better it just gets worse.

it took my friend loosing his job,family,and car for him to realize he needed help so please think about this. I wish you lots of luck and you can do it!

Help groups are very useful for support.

methadone is just as addicting as dope.

try suboxone. u take it for 1 week to ease withdrawls, you should be able to find a doctor in your area that will write u a script.

or u can taper off the smack for 1 week. then start taking Kratom, you can buy it at www.iamshaman.com take that for a week and your done. then its just a mental fight not to use, but you wont be physically addicted anymore.
