Anyone know the job outlook for Ophthalmology?

im trying to do a research paper on it and Im not having a lot of luck finding the information I need

Ophthalmology is strong and growing by leaps and bounds. With the advent of LASIK surgery, 10 minute cataract surgery (the most common type of surgery in the US) and many new drugs coming into the market, ophthalmology is the way to go.

Contact a local ophthalmologist and see if they can spare 15 minutes for an interview.

Ophthalmology is looking good.

Have you researched it on the internet? How about calling some opthamologists and asking to interview them for your paper? Myself, I would think there would be a need for good eye doctors. Good luck.
