What is the top pediatric oncology hospital in TX?

I would say that MD Anderson's Childrens Cancer Hospital would be one of the top in the US:

THE top? In US or in TX? I don't know. But I do know for certain that Children's Hospital in Pittsburgh is in the top ten nationwide.

You have some good answers. I'd also like to add a tip of the hat to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, which has led the way to many breakthroughs in pediatric oncology.

I'd guess MD Anderson in Houston. They have wonderful facilities, I was lucky enough to be able to tour their cancer center. When I was there, they were getting ready to have a party for the kids staying in the unit.
