Why are omega-3 fatty acids not listed in the Nutrition Facts label?


There's total fat, saturated fat, and poly/monounsaturated fats, but no omega-3 fatty content.

Some products do list the amount, some do not. If it's on the label it will break down into different acids such as DHA, EPA, etc
