How can I recieve a healthy brain and heart without omega 3 fatty acids? |
okay I here all the good news about omega 3 fatty acids in fish and walnuts, however I'm allergic to these foods. Buy them on Ebay, try fish oil pills I always see ppl buy the pills here in SAM's clubs. What about flax (oil or seeds)? Flax is a grain, so maybe your body will react differently. Or fortified eggs? I assume they add flax to the diet of the chickens to get the o-3's in there. I've seen peanut butter too, but again, I don't know if they might use walnuts. Take supplements, and although it sounds stupid, try to eat enough whole grain, fish and/or meats. |
