What are other sources for Omega-3 fatty acids besides fish?


I'm allergic to fish, but I still need Omega-3. Does anyone know what foods have a good amount?

Get Flax Seed Oil supplements, or Fish Oil supplememnts. I did this and it clears up your skin flawlessly in less than a month. From what I know, I think its only in Fish.

They have spreads in the butter section at the grocery that are made of omega-3 fatty acid but I am not sure if this would supplement enough.They are very good tasting on toast and in food preparation.

flax seeds are a very good source
