How much omega 3-fatty acids can someone take a day without getting sick?

as we have just discussed fats in our chemistry class,I have learned that...too much of fat is bad for the health but as for omega 3 or n-3 and omega 6 or n-6 these fats are mainly helpful for us.There is no specific amount as to how much you would take omega 3,but each fat provides 9 calories in our body.Omega 3 is healthy for you because it prevents heart disease by lowering cholesterol levels,it laso improve skin conditions and inflammatory problems such as rheumatoid arthritis.
Omega 3 rich foods are sardines,tuna,salmon,hering ad mackerel.One could also opt for green leafy veggies and flax oil,soybean oil,mustard oil,canola oil and walnut oil.
