Will omega 3 fatty acids increase your triglyceride levels?

Will omega 3 fatty acids increase your triglyceride levels?

Hey there. Omega 3 fatty acids shouldn't increase your level of triglycerides. In fact there is strong scientific evidence that consumption of omega 3 fatty acids can in fact LOWER your triglycerides - which of course is a good thing. I'm quoting my source below. Good luck - Andrew

Omega-3 actually reduces triglycerides. It is good for your heart. So take them.

if you try powdered flax seed it is even better because you get the bulk to help in your digestion and you get the fatty acid too.
